YBOAGA Divisions

Division II

To play  in the Division II State Tournament you must have a ranking of 5.0 or less.
You must play in two Georgia YBOA tournaments to receive a ranking and to participate in a State Championship.

An age group in a regular season tournament may be divided into Division I and II. This will depend on the number of teams applying. The Ga. office will not be able to determine this until the week of the tournament. Once the weekend schedule is posted, it will indicate a Division I bracket and a Division II Bracket.

Twenty teams have applied.
The age group will be divided according to the specific ranking of the teams playing.
The cut-off may be different from the 5.0 rule.

 

At this time there will be no Division III regular season tournaments. 

A National tournament will be held for teams who have never had a grade exception player registered on the team roster.
