When will we receive
our schedule?
At
the MANDATORY Coach's meeting, Saturday, June 24, 2006 at 7:30pm.
2, Do we have
to pay a performance bond for each team?
Yes,
we require a performance bond for every team that is registered.
3. Do we have
to stay at YBOA approved accommodations?
Yes,
you must provide us with proof of accommodations at registration in order to
ensure a performance bond refund. If
you are found to be staying in an unapproved facility, your team will not be
allowed to play.
4. Do
we mail the copies of birth certificates to the National Office?
No,
bring the copies with you for registration certification on Saturday, Julne24th.
5. Can
I add players to my original roster?
Yes,
you can add up to three players to the roster, if your original roster only had
12 players listed and provided they played in a YBOA qualifying tournament and
are insured through YBOA. The additions
MUST BE received by YBOA no later than June 3, 2006. (See rules and regulations for other restrictions to adding
players)
6. Can
I add a qualified player from another team?
Only
with written consent from their original coach. Include aphone number on the written consent, as these will be
called for verification. (YBOA National Headquarters or your Area Director has
player release forms) A release form
can also be found on our website at www.yboa.org. No more than three (3) grade exceptions will be allowed per team.
7. Where
can we get discounted car/van rentals?
YBOA
has a contract with Budget Rent a Car and Dollar Rent a Car for discounted car
and 15- passenger van rentals. You must
contact Natalie Shelton in our home office at 407-363-9262, Extension 200 in
order to reserve the 15-passenger vans.
Call early, vans are limited and they do run out! If you wish to rent a car, you can call the

8. Do
the players have to attend registration?
Yes! All players must be certified. Please dress in team uniforms, as team
photos will be taken at this time.
9. Where
will our games be located?
Games
will be located throughout Columbus.
This is a NOT a very large city
game sites are not that far apart.
We will do our best to keep all games centrally located. You will receive your schedule at the
Mandatory Coach's Meeting... no sooner.
